Nepalese Australian Youth Association (NAYA) has entered its third year of establishment. In a program organized to mark the timeline, members got together at Ashfield Park to congratulate each other for their continuous hard work and to formulate strategies for effective implementation in the future.
NAYA welcomed and honoured NRN Vice President Kumar Panta during the program.
The program was also linked to bid farewell to cricketer Sandip Lamichane. Lamichane, a very talented Nepalese cricketer had been training in Australia since the past two months. He will return to Nepal on Monday.
Speaking in the program NAYA’s president Komal Pathak requested youths to not be a part of destructive habits rather encourage unity through sports.
