After a big bash in Sydney and Brisbane, Nepal Festival 2016, Melbourne is fast approaching. It is scheduled for the 17th of December and festivities shall be ongoing all day. Nepal Festival is held every two years and can be safely said the biggest Nepalese community festival in Australia.
Nepalese in Melbourne are urged to visit and support the festival. Amongst activities there shall be sports, food stalls to taste various Nepalese cuisines, a live concert featuring local and talents from Nepal. Kandara a popular band from Nepal shall rock the audience, while Sugam Pokhrel with his enchanting voice, and Anju Pant with her heart pacing dance skills.
Organisers are working hard towards making the event a grand success. Invitations cards are being distributed and Minister for Finance and Minister for Multicultural affairs Hon. Robin Scott shall be attending the festival as a special guest.
